12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our applications will cease immediately.

We may update our applications and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our applications will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WafaApps regarding your use of our applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
